We did an electron lab station assignment with 4 stations to learn about electrons and what they attract/repel to.
First station: This station had a balloon were you generated static on the balloon and we had to find out if we generated enough static on the balloon too attract confetti to the balloon.
One of our observations were that it took a lot of static to attract the big sheet of confetti but less to attract the small confetti. My hypothesis before was that it would attract the confetti and the really big sheet of confetti so i was right all along and so was my group. This station was something i already knew so it was pretty much old stuff but it was alright.
Second station: This station was about Cutting off two pieces of tape and try to put the un sticky sides together to see if they would attract or reppel and they attracted to eachother we observed that we also messed up because the two tape pieces attracted together so much that the sticky sides stuck to eachother and we were like WHOAH!. I hyphothesised that they would attract.
Third station: This station was basically the same as the second one but this time we attracted only one un sticky side to the sticky side and they attracted to eachother also, one of the observations we made that it was hard to like see how they attracted but they attracted to eachother pretty fast. On this station i hypothesised they would also attract and my group agreed with me i do onot have any questions for this lab .
Fourth station: This station was about charging the balloon with electrons and put it next to running water and see if it attracted or repeled when my group first tried it me and my homie saw that the water repeled and my group "leader" said "no it didnt" and we rubbed the balloon on my homies head and he was like owww! and he put it next to the running water and it attracted like crazy and we like OHHH SHNITWHIZTER! this station was my favorite one because it was pretty cool that the water was attracted to that balloon i predicted that it would do nothing but apparently it attracted pretty cool lab though.

feng shui
For our mini project in class we learned about feng shui which is an art in object placement. we had to "feng shui" our rooms which basically means to create positive energy flow throughout our house/rooms. Its just moving around objects/furniture into a feng shui way. These four elements: Fire, earth, metal, water supposedly effect health, wealth and personal relationships in a positive way,if the objects are placed in a certain way.
Some people say that when objects are placed the "feng shui" way they feel calmer and more positive about their life.

Vocabulary quiz #1
The main idea of this article is to build a 30 storie skyscraper thats supposed to be used as a farm . These people would be nomadicaly looking for all there supplies for food, water, and building materials it would take a while to build it. Also they will have to cultivate the building to maintain food production. The people that decide to build the building also were determinant to build this building that proccesses food. The building might be good for the energy crisis in manhattan but it might not dependant on prices of irrigating the building also? No one really knows how people are going to domesticate meat produce if they are going to farm that also.
My thought in this article are also people wont be sedentary they will be farming all day and be working alot. Will they have to codify for this new project who knows how many laws will take in affect or be taken away. The people making this projet beilieve that there plants they will be farming will be fertile and dealt with swiflty the transportation will be wasting gallons of gas while transporting all there plants, these plants will have to be fertile in another 5 years because once there all out of supplies no more food to farm they will have to transport again.

General: Ok, let’s go up to the front gates through the forest.
Narrator: The squad goes through forest and is right against the wall of the gates they have not been spotted by the guards in the tower because the trees were too thick for them to see.
General: Ok, Thomas go up to the gate and set the demo charges.
Thomas: ok, here I go.
Narrator: Thomas goes up to the gate and attaches the C3 to the gate. The guard turns around and is curious as to what made the sound. *Wer gibt es?*

Exhibition night project
Exhibition night was ok for me it wasnt that bad this night was all about showing our math and humanties projects and we had to represent these projects to who ever came into our door and came up to our table and asked us questions. This projects was strong for us because we actually knew what we were talking about and our story was about WWII and we were interested in this story paneling our weak points was our story there were alot of un answered questions so were got stuck on those question.
The questions that were asked when we had them asked to us were hard because they made our story not make sence we got past it by just being honest and saying that we didnt think about that and it really made us think of what a failure our story was and alot of things were missing also. We would actually change our story next time and do more work and try to get more things done for our math one on our humanities project we would change our story so it makes more sence so we know what were talking about in our story.
